Digital Image & Print Production
I am a quality-driven image retoucher, studio/production artist and overall production manager. With an emphasis on matching the appropriate technology to the job, from traditional to the newest AI-enhanced technology, I am well-experienced in producing all nature of printed, point-of-purchase and large-format products.
My clients range from major companies, to sole proprietors, managing catalogs and web images, to one-off jobs or ads for clients as needed.
Having worked for Madison Avenue ad agencies, award-winning design firms and as a VP on Wall Street, my vast
experience allows me to adapt to most any project.
As far as skills, my abilities in Adobe
Photoshop retouching can meet most any need for print and web images.
Coming originally from a traditional print background, I have a sensitivity to image resolution and adjusting CMYK color that is second nature to me.
If your needs are for product color to match across print and web platforms,
I excel at that, as well as matching photographed color to actual product.
I also have extensive experience retouching jewelry, apparel, models and skintones.
I am adept in InDesign and Adobe Illustrator as well. I edit and preflight InDesign files for clients regularly.
I can travel as needed to meet, supervise press approvals or manufacturing, but I pioneered working in a virtual office setting and generally work from my home in Maryland.
While I do not consider myself a designer, I can design simple projects. More importantly, I can take your direction or design and stay loyal to it while editing or adjusting it as needed for the current project.
